FAQ
When I should choose a mini/update session instead of full session?
You just need a few images for holiday cards, share online, to update a few frames around the house. Or you know that the time investment of a full session might just be a little too much for this kids or grandma and grandpa.
How do we select our images
For both holiday sets you see and select your images the same day! We will work together to create your holiday cards, discuss edits needed, and any other gifts or products you may love.
For the family update your custom gallery link containing 20 images will be emailed to you in a few days. You will then have 2 days to select your images and any products you would like. This quick turn around allows us to stay on schedule and for you to get images back in a timely matter.
How does the booking process work from start to finish?
Fill our the inquiry form to start the process. Let me know what session you are interested in and what date(s) you are hoping for. I prefer to text you back and discuss the opening slots I have available. Since these sessions fill fast we should both have our calendars ready as I am not able to reserve time slots until you are ready to lock in the session
Can we purchase additional images and/or upgrade
Yes, every session comes with print and digital images or a credit to purchase at least the base number of images in your session. All image bundles come with a matted print and the digital copy. If you love more images than are included in your base package I have a number of upgrade options available.
